If you’ve found this page you are no doubt aware of the dire lack of accessible short term rentals in the UK. Not only that but the vast majority of accessible properties, whether it's someone's adapted home or a holiday property, are often poorly thought out and unattractive.

Liberty Stays' first property, Sycamore Road in Redcar on the North Yorkshire coast, was designed from the ground up to challenge the status quo. Purpose built to be both accessible and luxurious, you will find carefully chosen, high quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings throughout.

Not only have we thought about the main guest but there is also a substantial upstairs suite with large bathroom, king sized bed and Juliet balcony with sea-views. Should you wish to bring your carer or relative with you it will enable them to have their own slice of luxury too.

The entire accessible floor has room to move a hoist around. Hoists are available by prior arrangement and the cost can be either fully or partially covered by us depending on the length of the stay.
